The to do list is still rather long, but last week we got our visas for the USA, so now there’s no rush to see it all in 90 days.

After four days camping on a beach with not quite enough water, it was time to drive somewhere with a shower.
We arrived in Ciudad Constitución ready for a nice hot shower. This didn’t eventuate, luckily they had cold water and we had a home-made hot shower packed on the roof-rack. Problem solved. We finally parted ways with four days of salt water build-up and were feeling moderately human again.
(more…)Sure, we only had a few days left on our US Visa, but it would have been poor form to leave without visiting Yellowstone National Park. So we took another detour.

Actually had to make up a new word to describe our state of mind. Went with excitified. (Describes being somewhere on the spectrum between excited and terrified!) 🙂
